We’re on a mission to bring printing to the people.
We at Blank Canvas share a love of screenprinting, but found it difficult to pursue without access to a studio and expensive equipment. For that reason, it is our dream to have a space of our own, in which we share our knowledge, materials, and equipment with our community. Until we have the funds to bring our studio to fruition, we are hosting pop-up workshops & events at some of our favorite places around Ventura. It brings us so much joy to see the love of printmaking grow in our county. We hope to see you at a workshop soon!
About Us
Hi! We’re Rachel and Andy — the team behind Blank Canvas VTA.Both raised in Ventura County, we met in 2008, working retail while earning our degrees. Since then, we’ve lived on opposite sides of the world from each other and also together in the PNW. While we’ve loved our adventures and travel, we always knew we’d find our way back to Ventura — the place we call home.We can’t wait to meet you, and hope you can meet our little mini-dachshund, Bonnie, too!Though we are a team, Blank Canvas is a proud, woman-owned business.Community
