Free Local Pickup of orders is offered to local residents. If you select this option at checkout, we will email you to set-up a time and place to meet to get your goods to you.

$5 Flat-Rate Local Delivery

$5 Flat-Rate Local Delivery is offered within the City of Ventura only. Within 3-7 business days, we will hand deliver your goods to your door. If there is any unforeseen circumstances that will make us unable to deliver within this time frame, we will email you directly.

Shipping

For the time being, we are only offering local pickup and delivery. However, we plan to add shipping in the mix for our far-away friends soon. We are exploring the most sustainable and cost effective shipping solutions, and are taking the time to make sure we make the right choices for our business and the planet. This space will be updated with further details as we evolve.

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.

We are a small business that offers limited run, local products, making returns difficult on us and our community. We appreciate and thank you in advance for your understanding.

However, if you receive items that are defective or damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation and may replace or refund your purchases on a case-by-case basis.

If a different size is needed from a Blank Canvas apparel purchase, please contact us within 14 days. As long as item is new and remains unwashed and unworn, we will try accommodate a local meet-up exchange for the size needed. After 14 days, we will not be able to accommodate any exchanges.
